• Conduct online therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, utilizing proven therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring goals are met effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that addresses both the psychological and social factors influencing each client's wellbeing.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer feedback sessions to enhance therapeutic techniques and provide quality care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.
• Contribute innovative ideas to clinical program enhancements, ensuring that services provided remain relevant and effective in meeting community needs.

Our clients encompass a broad spectrum of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults, facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions and fostering a therapeutic alliance, you will play a critical role in improving clients' mental health and overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health field is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to form meaningful connections with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency with digital health record systems, as well as telehealth platforms, is preferred for efficient documentation and client interaction.

• Experience working in outpatient settings is beneficial, as is familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Prior use of evidence-based therapeutic practices and the ability to adapt these methods to meet specific client needs is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention and management will enhance your ability to support our clients effectively.

The position offers a competitive annual compensation package ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide comprehensive benefits, including:
