• Conduct individualized telehealth therapy sessions with clients, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized treatment plans that account for each client’s unique circumstances, goals, and challenges.
• Engage actively in supervision and consultation, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the team’s overall effectiveness and client outcomes.
• Maintain and update accurate client records within our digital health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.
• Contribute creative solutions and innovative ideas to improve our clinical programs and promote a positive client experience.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Be A Problem Solver, Ltd, you will provide care to a diverse client population across California. This includes individuals facing a wide array of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex issues requiring a nuanced approach. Your role will be crucial in supporting clients on their journeys toward mental wellness and resilience.

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure in California as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the mental health field, demonstrating an ability to effectively engage with clients in a therapeutic setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.

• Familiarity with digital health record systems and online therapeutic tools that enhance client engagement and service delivery.
• Experience working in a remote telehealth setting, with an understanding of how to effectively manage therapeutic relationships at a distance.
• Training in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
