Be a Problem Solver, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor who holds a valid California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to join our innovative team. This role is designed for remote delivery of services, enabling you to connect with clients across various regions while working from the comfort of your own space. You'll engage in a supportive and collaborative virtual environment where innovative ideas are encouraged, and continuous professional development is integral. The typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent routine that supports work-life balance.

• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies tailored to meet the needs of individuals, families, and groups.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique challenges and goals for recovery.
• Participate actively in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights, discuss strategies, and ensure holistic care integration.
• Maintain proficiency in therapeutic practices through ongoing professional development and participation in training workshops.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance clinical programs and ensure they meet the evolving needs of our clients.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients across various demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role is critical in fostering a safe and nurturing virtual environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their mental health concerns, thus paving the path towards recovery and improved well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC is essential for practice.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is necessary, particularly in a therapeutic setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on client-centric practices are crucial for success in this role.

• Experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
• A background in working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of mental health issues will be advantageous.

Be A Problem Solver, Ltd offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
