Job description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, experienced HVAC installation technician to join our company. You'll be responsible for visiting multi-family assessing blueprints, codes, and manuals to install a variety of HVAC equipment. You’ll also be asked to install heating, cooling, indoor air quality, refrigerant, and control systems.

Compensation:

$95,000


Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on how to properly maintain their new equipment
  • Use electrical testing equipment to check electrical circuits and components
  • Enter completed projects and the parts used into database
  • Arrange and attach electrical wiring according to the wiring diagram using hand tools
  • Connect pipes or tubing from the equipment to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source
  • Replace heating, air conditioning, air quality, refrigeration, and control systems

Qualifications:
  • Must have a basic understanding of high voltage connections and low voltage electrical wiring
  • Must be comfortable working in small crawl spaces and attics
  • Great communication, math, and problem-solving skills
