Job description

We are an independent brokerage specializing in great concert, theater, and sports seating nationwide. Our over 20 years of providing fantastic service to our many customers has made us the first choice in event ticketing. We are looking for self-motivated candidates to join our company and its departments.

The essential duties and primary responsibilities include the following: Provide general support to sales agents Handle general booking inquiries and direct them appropriately Accept and process ticket orders Conduct artist research Receive, place, and transfer telephone calls promptly, courteously and efficiently Filing and other administrative duties Assume other duties as directed Skill Requirements and Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Qualifications, Skills, Abilities): Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure Detail oriented with solid organizational, analytical, and planning skills Possess a clear understanding of confidentiality Perform technical, specialized and complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment. Must have a sound knowledge and ability in business correspondence as well as an ability to proofread for grammar and spelling with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to compose concisely and clearly.
