Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct online therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based methodologies tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and groups.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current active licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record systems is highly desirable.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
