Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within California. The role is structured for full-time employment, requiring your availability Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct online therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based methodologies tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and groups.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized care plans that focus on facilitating healing and fostering personal growth.
  • Participate actively in continuous professional development to stay abreast of current treatment strategies and mental health trends.
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance the efficiency of clinical processes and contribute to team best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, utilizing electronic health record systems.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will interact with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current active licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record systems is highly desirable.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience delivering therapy via telehealth platforms.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
