  • Check office supply weekly and process supply orders
  • Assist with creating purchase orders
  • Schedule customer service, site surveys, and solar/reroof installs with customers • Set up inspections with cities & counties
  • Assist with payroll as needed
  • Assist with field new hire applications
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years related administrative experience.
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
  • Experience in the construction (roofing/solar) industry is helpful but not required. • Easy to get along with – must be a problem solver.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be flexible.
