• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to meet client-specific needs.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans after thorough assessments of clients' situations, backgrounds, and therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and mental health professionals to deliver multidisciplinary care, ensuring each client receives holistic support.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and clinical acumen.
• Propose and implement innovative ideas to elevate the quality and effectiveness of our clinical programs, ensuring best practices are consistently followed.

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our clients range from children to adults, and many require tailored approaches that respect their unique histories and cultural contexts. As a mental health counselor, your empathy, cultural competency, and adaptability will play a critical role in fostering therapeutic relationships and promoting healing.

• Hold an active California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Possess a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrate at least two years of relevant experience in the field of mental health counseling.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Experience with digital health record systems, showcasing familiarity with remote counseling processes and virtual therapy platforms.
• Prior involvement in group therapy facilitation and community outreach initiatives.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and Medicaid/insurance policies as they pertain to mental health services.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
