• Conducting virtual therapy sessions tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and groups, employing evidence-based methodologies to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Designing, implementing, and adjusting personalized care plans in collaboration with clients to emphasize healing, growth, and therapeutic goals.
• Participating in ongoing professional development through continuous education, training, and workshops to stay current with the latest treatment modalities.
• Collaborating with colleagues through case consultations and team meetings to enhance collective knowledge and contribute to improved clinical practices.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within electronic health record systems to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

Your client interactions will span a broad spectrum of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. The diverse clientele in your care will present varied cultural backgrounds and experiences, allowing for rich therapeutic interactions that emphasize empathy and understanding. You will work to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can express their concerns and achieve sustainable mental health improvements.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in California as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in providing therapeutic services.
• Strong relationship-building skills to foster trusting connections with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients empathetically and effectively.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and virtual therapy tools is advantageous.

• Experience working with a remote team or telehealth services, adapting to virtual therapeutic practices effectively.
• Exposure to diverse clinical environments and patient populations, enhancing your ability to cater to various mental health concerns.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
