Job Summary

Window World Project Manager will have direct oversight of field operations. The Project Manager will work with the Operations Manager to schedule the installation of new windows or servicing installed product. Dayโ€‘toโ€‘day, Project Manager will manage the installation of windows, doors, siding, support the service technician and measure technician. The Project Manager will also troubleshoot issues across departments by clarifying and documenting customer concerns, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and expediting the best solution, and following up to ensure a resolution and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager must be energetic, positive with a customerโ€‘first mentality to create positive experiences for all Window World customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage 4 to 7 installation crews.
  • Manage 1โ€“3 service technicians.
  • Work with the Operations Manager to coordinate the installation of new products, windows, doors and siding.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, policies, and services of the organization.
  • Resolve customer issues by determining cause of problem, facilitating a resolution, and timely following up with customers.
  • Follow standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare installation and service reports for management.
  • Maintain a wellโ€‘organized and professional workspace.
  • Provide assistance with training and orientation for other team members as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Five to Seven years of window and door industry experience.
  • Strong work ethic and detail oriented.
  • Ability to multiโ€‘task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills including active listening, critical thinking, and desire to resolve customer concerns.
  • Accuracy in data entry and proficient typing skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
  • Phone skills, including familiarity with VoIP or multiโ€‘line phone systems.
  • Coachable with the ability to learn new programs and processes.
  • Positive, upbeat attitude and ability to work on a team.
  • Prior experience working with a CRM is a plus.

The candidate must be able to pass a national background check; work history and criminal background check.

Motor Vehicle Check

The candidate must be able to pass a MVR with a Florida Driver's License.
