As a General Manager, you will play a central role in the strategic and operational management of our commercial real estate portfolio. This dynamic position involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of commercial properties, ensuring optimal financial performance, maintaining positive tenant relationships, and implementing effective property management strategies.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, security, and tenant services. Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of property issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and professional manner. Foster positive tenant relationships by maintaining effective communication and resolving issues proactively. Collaborate with leasing teams to attract and retain high-quality tenants.
