Job Duties:

Manage policy deployment in the areas of operation excellence, continuous improvement, cost reduction, on-time delivery, safety, quality, customer satisfaction, employee relations, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Drive a culture of employee engagement and continuous improvement through leadership and mentoring;
Create a culture of quality performance while providing timely resolution of issues; provide accessible and accurate information to all parties involved;
Implement and manage training program and records;
Serve other departments with team spirit and maintain excellent relations with all departments;
Serve as an upper manager and provide insight in regards to strategic planning, problem-solving, and in any other ways beneficial to the business.




Preferred Job Requirements:

HSD degree in related field or equivalent experience;
4-6 years in a manufacturing facility for blending, capsulation, tablet and packaging;
Intermediate mathematical skills;
Advanced communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer concepts;
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to sit for extended hours;
  • Ability to view a computer screen and type for extended hours;
  • Other physical requirements include bi-lateral hand and wrist movement and occasional squatting, bending, and twisting;
Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs required.
