Incident Management:
• Monitor and Resolve Application Issues/Bug Fixes
• Prioritize and assign Incidents based on Business Impact
Problem Management
• Investigate recurring issues and bring Permanent resolution
• Do the 5-Why Root Cause Analysis
Performance Optimization
• Application Stability/Enhancements
• Migrations and Upgrades

• Maintain Knowledge repository documents

• Setting up TMS for SAP-landscape and troubleshooting transport related issues
• SAP Client Maintenance (client export & import, client creation, change client specific settings, RFC destinations, Logon Groups, Ports and Partner profile maintenance)
• Workflow setup, qRFC, tRFC, outbound, Inbound IDOC Queue maintenance
• Background job and Spool Administration
• Basic Knowledge on Support portal raising SRs and OSS messages.
• Experience in SAP HANA, OS/DB Migrations and Cloud
• Research and implement solutions for Basis functionality in performance monitoring and tuning.
• Contribute to the architecture design of the SAP systems.
• Cloud ALM Implementation.
• Provide application functional support in integrating SAP and non-SAP systems using ALE, IDOC, XI and other integration technologies.
