Searching for an IBM ACE and MQ Engineer/Admin for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Banking clients in Auburn Hills, MI or Frisco, TX. Hybrid schedule 2x weekly
Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring (Observability) of applications & batch jobs as per the shift coverage
  • Incident Management and Triaging
  • Ticket Management
  • Break Fix and Recovery (Configuration changes only)
  • Service Request Management
  • Problem Management (RCA Incidents for permanent fixes)
  • Vulnerability remediation and SII remediation
  • Batch Job Scheduling / Execution
  • Event and Alert management (working on Alerts triggered from the tools)
  • Actionable alerts configurations
  • Smart Monitoring and preventive remediation to ensure app availability
  • Application Health Check configuration & execution
  • Log Analysis
  • Certificate Management - Certificate creation, deployment and post patching validation
  • DR Support
  • Ticket/Task Elimination & Automation
