As an Operations Manager, you'll partner with our Operations Director, HR Director, Managing Attorneys, and Team Leads to ensure our Sacramento team has the tools, support, and guidance they need to succeed. You'll play a key role in developing our people, strengthening collaboration, and helping W&O' offices operate at their very best.


What You'll Be Doing:
✨ Leading and mentoring Case Managers and Legal Assistants in partnership with a Managing Attorney
✨ Oversee day-to-day office operations, assist with onboarding, offboarding
✨ Coordinating office operations, and IT needs
✨ Promoting accountability, teamwork, and exceptional client service
✨ Helping create an engaging, positive, and high-performing workplace culture
