This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience while maintaining high-quality client care. As a telehealth provider, you will utilize a case management platform and video conferencing tools to facilitate virtual therapy sessions. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, families, and groups, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, regularly measuring progress and adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to provide holistic care and effective intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations, to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health practices.
• Contribute innovative ideas and feedback during team meetings aimed at enhancing clinical services and improving overall client outcomes.

The clients you will serve include individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and stress management. Our patient population is diverse, encompassing various cultural backgrounds and demographic factors, ensuring that every Counselor has the opportunity to broaden their professional experience and understanding of mental health across different communities.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensing in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating an ability to work with a variety of client issues.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is beneficial, aiding in efficient documentation and case management.

• Experience with telehealth delivery of mental health services, adapting in-person therapeutic techniques to a virtual environment.
• Proficiency in delivering culturally responsive care and employing trauma-informed practices in therapy.

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary range of $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
