Job Summary:
VP Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team in Charleston, WV. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of our business in Charleston, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000 per year
- Paid Biweekly

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute strategies to drive business growth and profitability in Charleston
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee and manage all operational processes, including budgeting, staffing, and resource management
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Monitor and analyze business performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
