Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Manager with ITIL certification to join our IT Service Management team. This role is pivotal in establishing and continuously improving the Configuration Management process within the ITSM framework, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Configuration Items (CIs) and supporting seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Change, Incident, and FinOps teams for effective service delivery.
  • Define policies for configuration item (CI) identification and reporting.
  • Monitor and audit configuration data for quality assurance.
  • Provide leadership on configuration management best practices across IT teams.

Key Technical Skills:

  • ITIL Foundation Certification (Intermediate or Expert preferred).
  • Extensive experience in Configuration Management within Azure environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  • Understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes, especially Configuration, Change, Incident, and Problem Management.
