Job description

What you will be doing:
  • Develop sales strategies based on market demand and budget objectives.
  • Break down team sales targets and ensure goals are met through effective allocation and performance management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners (Walmart, Sam's Club, Target).
  • Develop and implement new sales strategies to improve partner satisfaction, strengthen brand image, and expand into additional stores in collaboration with business development teams.
  • Oversee store visit schedules and ensure retail execution standards are met across all partner locations.
  • Manage channel-level sales, distribution, inventory, and replenishment strategies.
  • Implement detailed channel management practices to maximize efficiency and sales outcomes.
  • Work closely with domestic product teams to provide feedback on product features, customer needs, and market dynamics.
  • Optimize product positioning to improve competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with North America marketing teams to adapt campaigns for maximum impact and effective execution.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
  • Lead and manage a regional sales operations team, including performance evaluations, skills training, and team development.
  • Build a high-performance culture emphasizing execution, accountability, and collaboration.
Experience you will need:
  • 8+ years of experience in North American offline retail operations, including 3+ years in a senior sales management role covering at least one core channel (Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, etc.).
  • Background in consumer products industries such as apparel, home & furniture, outdoor sports, or consumer electronics (e.g., e-bikes, smart locks) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising standards, and replenishment processes.
  • Proven ability to set clear team management guidelines and performance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated leadership managing teams of 10 or more people, with expertise in target-setting, performance-driven management, and cross-regional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese ( Mandarin) (written and spoken) preferred.
  • Ability to work across U.S.–China time zones and manage international collaboration effectively.
