Job description

Are you looking for a full-time role with exceptional perks, a supportive team culture, and consistent daytime hours? Long Cove Club is seeking a Full-Time Pro Shop & Court Maintenance Attendant to support daily operations at our Sports Center. This combined position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with members, staying active, and taking pride in maintaining beautiful facilities.

Schedule & Pay:
  • Sundays & Mondays: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • Thursday – Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Pay based on experience
  • Full-time position
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional member and guest service in the Pro Shop and Sports Center
  • Open and close the Pro Shop and prepare facilities for daily operations
  • Process transactions, manage court reservations, and respond to member inquiries
  • Promote Sports Center programs, events, and activities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pro Shop and common areas
  • Stock towels, water stations, and supplies throughout the facility
  • Perform court maintenance including grooming courts and clearing debris
  • Assist with setup and breakdown for matches, clinics, and special events
  • Monitor court conditions and communicate needs to leadership
Requirements:
  • Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
  • Basic cash-handling and computer skills (POS experience preferred)
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
