DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
To direct and oversee the success of Stealth Products' marketing initiatives across brand, digital, content, and product launch while managing up to five team members
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
โ€ข Manage company branding, social media, writing, advertising, promotions, public relations, education and material accuracy
โ€ข Manage the design and content of all product literature and collateral materials for product lines
โ€ข Manage the creation of sales launch packages for all new product introductions
โ€ข Lead go-to-market execution for new product launches including but not limited to timeline, creative kit, dealer enablement, press, and creator/influencer activation
โ€ข Manage and lead daily tasks for the Marketing Team, as well as develop and implement training
โ€ข Manage the maintenance of competitive product comparisons for Stealth Products
โ€ข Review and manage content on all websites including consumer product site
โ€ข Lead paid and organic digital marketing across web, search, social, and email channels
โ€ข Build and manage the micro-creator and influencer program including but not limited to sourcing, contracting seeding, and measurement
โ€ข Lead marketing analytics and performance reporting including but not limited to campaign ROI, channel attribution, funnel metrics, and monthly read-out to the Vice President, Sales & Marketing
โ€ข Manage the creation and distribution of Stealth E-mail blast and ensure timely distribution
โ€ข Provide support to Field and Inside Sales, Industry Affairs and providers, as needed
โ€ข Brainstorm fresh advertising ideas with senior management
โ€ข Ensure all trademark names are protected and future product names are clear for use
โ€ข Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
โ€ข Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
โ€ข Work effectively with all departments to exceed internal and external expectations
โ€ข Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS
โ€ข Must be a team player, professional, detail-oriented, and honest
Must have the ability to:
โ€ข Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
โ€ข Coordinate a product launch end-to-end collaborating with Sales, R&D, Logistics and Production
โ€ข Guide, direct, and motivate staff
Must have:
โ€ข Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
โ€ข Excellent negotiating skills preferred
โ€ข Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing tools, and social media scheduling platforms preferred
โ€ข Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva for in-house production preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
โ€ข 5 years of experience in a marketing-related environment
โ€ข 2 years of experience in branding
โ€ข 2 years of hands-on product launch experience with hardware, software, or consumer products
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
โ€ข 5 years of experience in the Durable Medical Equipment industry preferred
โ€ข 3 years of experience with managing 5 staff members preferred
โ€ข 1 year of experience launching assistive technology, adaptive, or accessibility focused products preferred
โ€ข 1 year of experience with creator/influencer outreach and contracting preferred
โ€ข Current or previous successful employment with Stealth (directly, indirectly or through a third party) preferred
REQUIRED EDUCATION
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree in Marketing field, OR Associate's Degree with at least 6 years of experience in a marketing related environment, OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 12 years of experience in a marketing related environment
PREFERRED EDUCATION
โ€ข Master's Degree in Business Marketing preferred
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
โ€ข Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
