Sales Associate – Pro Image Sports

Location: Pro Image Sports – North County Mall, Escondido, CA

Do you love sports, customer service, and working in a fast-paced retail environment? Pro Image Sports is looking for energetic, dependable, and outgoing individuals who are passionate about helping customers find officially licensed sports apparel and headwear.

Position Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will provide outstanding customer service while assisting customers with officially licensed merchandise, maintaining an organized sales floor, processing transactions, and helping the store achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer promptly with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Assist customers in selecting apparel, hats, and accessories.
  • Build product knowledge across NFL, MLB, NBA, NCAA, and other licensed merchandise.
  • Recommend additional products and accessories to increase sales.
  • Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
  • Restock merchandise and assist with inventory counts.
  • Fold apparel and maintain attractive product displays.
  • Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
  • Help achieve daily sales and customer service goals.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule:
