Job description

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers for a project in Louisville and Akron, OH paying $20/hr. This is a retail-focused role requiring prior retail merchandising experience.
This role requires strong POG/reset experience, as you will be responsible for assembling displays, endcaps, and shelving, reorganizing store shelves according to a specific layout, and documenting your work through the Survey Merchandiser App.

Schedule & Hours
  • Pay: $20/hr
  • Date: August 27th and ongoing
  • Start Time: 7:00 AM
  • Arrival: Must arrive 15 minutes early
  • Estimated time: 3-6hrs

Responsibilities
  • Print your Sign-Off Sheet and Letter of Authorization (LOA) before arriving.
  • Complete the survey in the app, upload required photos, and answer all required questions before leaving the store.
  • Review the completed work with the manager and obtain their signature on the Sign-Off Sheet.
  • Complete the reset according to the planogram (POG) and all project instructions.
  • Locate the shipped tags and puck racks with assistance from Giant Eagle staff.
  • Check in with Customer Service or the SM and introduce yourself as a Survey representative to work on the Pro's Choice Beauty Care Reset.

Requirements (Must Have)
  • Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience
  • Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
  • Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
  • Other: 18+, valid driver's license, reliable transportation
  • Dress Code : Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo. Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
