Job description

The Heritage Center and Horizons Rehabilitation of Holiday Health Care is recruiting a PRN Physical Therapist to provide the best quality care to our residents. We are looking for individuals that enjoy working with in and out-patients as well as geriatric patients in an acute care setting. In this role, the physical therapist will provide evaluation and treatment of movement disorders in accordance with physician orders.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of accredited entry level Physical Therapy Program
  • State credentialing/licensure as required
  • Experience in long term care and membership in professional organization is preferred
