Position Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified School Principal for a well-established, state-approved private school serving children with disabilities in Morris County, NJ. This is a full-time position with an immediate opening for the 2026–2027 school year.

Our organization is committed to excellence in special education and providing innovative, student-centered educational programming. The successful candidate will bring strong administrative leadership experience and a commitment to supporting high-quality educational programming for children with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and administrative oversight for the school.
  • Support the delivery of innovative, student-centered educational programming.
  • Promote excellence in special education and support the needs of students with disabilities.
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to school staff.
  • Support the successful day-to-day operation of the school.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and administration to support the school’s educational mission and programs.
Qualifications
  • New Jersey School Principal Certificate required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of administrative leadership experience required.
  • Experience in special education is strongly preferred.
