Job description

A private family in Sarasota, Florida is seeking an experienced Housekeeper / Cook to join their household. The family consists of a couple residing in a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath single-family residence on a casual rustic farm setting. They have two friendly dogs, so the ideal candidate must be pet-friendly and enjoy working around animals.
This is a long-term, stable opportunity for an experienced private housekeeper who takes pride in maintaining a home to the highest standards while preparing healthy, family-style meals. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality mindset, excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working independently.
Optional Private Housing Available
The family offers optional private housing for the successful candidate. The housing is not a requirement of the position, and candidates who already live within a reasonable commuting distance of Sarasota are welcome to apply and may remain in their own home.
Schedule
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM to 4:00/5:00 PM
The candidate will have a consistent daytime schedule, with occasional flexibility for weekends when needed.
Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed daily housekeeping throughout the residence
