Job Title: Senior Associate, Investor Services

Locations: Evansville, IN - Hybrid

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Acting as the main contact for investors and fund managers via email and phone.
  • Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and assignments according to fund documents and AML/KYC requirements.
  • Communicate transaction updates to fund management.
  • Prepare and verify investor statements against fund accounting data.
  • Handles distribution of investor statements and related documents based on instructions.
  • Prepares wire transfer instructions using various online banking platforms.
  • Confirms cash activity was processed and communicated to accounting/management.
  • Ensures compliance with department procedures and participating in process improvements.
  • Fosters a team-oriented environment by training new staff and offering constructive feedback.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
  • Typically 1-4 years of experience in Hedge/Private Equity Fund administration, Investor Services, or related fields in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of AML/KYC procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including advanced functions).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
