Job Summary
The AR Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process. This position will provide an opportunity to join a successful, rapidly-growing software company that is backed by some of the most reputable private equity firms in the world such as Advent, LGP, and Genstar.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee accounts receivable staff to ensure the accurate and timely invoicing of customers
  • Provide managerial support to the accounts receivable team to establish goals and targets for the collection of outstanding customer payments
  • Work with clients to ensure payment of outstanding obligations
  • Work with clients in obtaining purchase orders or other renewal documentation
  • Provide outstanding internal and external customer service
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to record all collections activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales operations, revenue, and billing teams

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking ability
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments across the organization
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex thoughts and concepts to clients
  • Excellent client and internal communication skills including clear and concise writing skills
  • Adept at managing spreadsheets and manipulating information
