Jobย Summary:ย ย 
The Program Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Program.ย ย Thisย position will work closely with the Program Manager and Program Director toย support supervision, onboarding and oversight of IECMHC program services to early childhood care and education and/orย home visiting programs.ย This position requires strong collaborationย with community partnersย and stakeholders.ย ย 
ย 
Duties and Responsibilities:ย 
  • Support the daily operations of the Infantย &ย Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation program.ย ย 
  • Support facilitation of team meetings andย provide group consultation opportunities for Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Consultantsย ย 
  • Provide individual reflective supervision to IECMH Consultants.ย 
  • Oversee program components,ย monitorย fidelity and services delivery to program models (Early Childhood Positive Behavior Intervention supports/Pyramid Model, Theย Incredible Years,ย Circle of Security Parenting, etc.), and support quality improvement and data collection activities.ย ย 
  • Support supervision and oversight of Program MSW interns, when applicable.ย 
  • Support data tracking and collection efforts;ย Participateย in program Quality Improvement meetings.ย ย 
  • Oversee on-boardingย planning/scheduling ofย new IECMHย Consultants.ย 
  • Support coordinateย ofย IECMHC services with community partner programsย including monitoring ofย service agreements.ย 
  • Is aware of Morrison Compliance Program including Compliance Officer, Compliance Standards of Conduct, and Employee Compliance Hotline. Understands Compliance Standards of Conduct and signs attestation document. Completes all assigned compliance, HIPAA, client privacy, and fraud, waste, and abuse training. Knows how to report any client privacy or fraud, waste, or abuse concerns. ย 
  • Demonstrate a commitment to learning and implementing the Sanctuary Model.ย Participate in the practice and implementation of Sanctuary Modelย initiatives.ย 
  • Participate in staff development, in-services, and training; modelย appropriate behaviors; develop, recommend, and implement improvements to business practices with awareness and understanding of the impact in a trauma-informedย organization.
  • Other duties as assigned to ensure successful operation of program/department.ย 
Competencies:ย ย 
  • Familiarity with best practices in Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health andย evidencedย based models of care; skills in fidelity monitoringย 
  • Skills in clinical supervision, recruiting, hiring and team development, and managing conflict.ย ย 
  • Strong computer/technical skills including comfort with Microsoft Office applications.ย ย 
  • Experience with program data collection and analysis includingย useย of electronic databasesย (e.g.ย Electronic Health Record systems).ย 
  • Ability toย representย Morrison Child & Family Services and the program andย establishย and maintain professional communication, exercise andย maintainย tact,ย discretionย and judgement in stressful or political situations.ย 
  • Demonstrates openness to growth and change, social responsibility, and contributes to a trauma-informed workย culture at Morrison.ย ย 
  • Able to provide individually responsive, trauma informed care and hold each other and yourself accountable to respecting all individuals within Morrison, ourย clientsย and our community stakeholders.ย

Required Position Qualifications:ย 
  • Masterโ€™s degree in behavioral health or related field.ย ย 
  • Clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or seeking licensure with a plan to obtain withinย one yearย of entering this position.ย 
  • Three years of experience in the provision ofย infant/early childhood mental health services.ย ย 
  • Experience with electronic health records.ย ย 
  • Background in early childhood mental health services including assessment,ย treatmentย andย case management/coordination of care.ย 
Preferred Position Qualifications:ย 
  • Two years of supervisory experience in mental/behavioral health or early childhoodย settings.ย 
  • Three yearsย providingย IECMH Consultation services.ย 
  • Experience with grant funding and reporting.ย 
  • Infant/Toddler Mental Health Certificateย and/or Infant Mental Health Endorsement.ย 
  • Bilingual abilities, including the ability to speak, read, write, and translate documents in Spanish.ย Must clear a language proficiency test.ย ย ย 
Other Requirements:ย ย 
  • Able to work shift hours and days, as assigned. Position may require work outside of usual work hours onย occasion.ย May require โ€œSupervisorย On-callโ€ duties.ย 
  • Ableย to pass a comprehensive criminal history background investigationย ย

  • Hold a valid driversโ€™ license. Must be licensed in Oregon or Washington withinย 30 daysย of hire. 'Personal transportation allowing for travel within the greater Portland metropolitan area inย a timelyย manner.ย ย ย

Working Conditions:ย ย ย ย ย 
Environment: Work is done in clinical offices, community settings, including Morrison Residential, administration buildings, public locations, and social service sites. Breaks and meals are subject to interruption. Universal Precautions and remaining alert to the environment are critical to address the potential for violent behavior, exposure to disease, biohazards, noise, and contaminants.ย ย ย ย ย
