Work closely with Axon's existing privacy counsel to build, refine, and implement privacy and AI processes.

Exercise sound judgment and strong self-direction within a fast-growing, global business.

Partner closely with relevant stakeholders to provide guidance during and after incident response and remediation.

What You Bring

Expertise advising on and implementing enterprise privacy via cross-border transfer mechanisms, intra-group data transfer agreements, and DPA drafting and review.

Ability to navigate ambiguity, distill complexity, and work collaboratively across teams while always upholding Axon's Win Right value.

Fluency and comfort applying AI tools, prompts, and agents to accelerate and improve operations.

Strong communication skills and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.

Privacy certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or CIPT are a plus.

Other pluses: regional expertise with the EU or experience in the healthcare industry.
