Offset Press Associate Summary

Join Millennium Print Group as an Offset Press Associate!

We're looking for an Offset Press Associate to join our team in Morrisville, NC. If you're interested in print manufacturing and enjoy working with advanced production equipment, this is your opportunity to build a career producing products loved around the world.

Location: Morrisville, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite (Shift-based)
Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay + bonus eligibility + full benefits package

What You'll Do
  • Assist the Offset Press Operator with press setup, make-ready, and production activities
  • Review job tickets and production specifications to prepare materials for each job
  • Set up feeders, ink systems, water chemistry, and other press components
  • Load substrates, assist with plate mounting, and stage jobs for production
  • Monitor production quality and verify materials throughout the printing process
  • Record production information and inventory usage in the Management Information System (MIS)
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance, press wash-ups, and equipment cleaning
  • Support safe, efficient, and high-quality production while following company procedures
