If so, we are seeking a Printing Press Operator Helper to support our pressroom operations and help deliver high-quality printed products.

What You'll Do
As a Press Operator Helper, you'll play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently and ensuring presses are prepared for continuous operation.

Printing Press Operator Helper Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing upcoming job orders and materials to support uninterrupted press production
  • Assisting Press Operators with press setups, make-readies, and changeovers
  • Cleaning and maintaining printing presses and related equipment
  • Keeping the pressroom clean, organized, and production-ready
  • Monitoring ink, paper, plates, and other press supplies
  • Replenishing materials as needed to minimize downtime
  • Supporting quality and safety standards throughout the production process
  • Working closely with Press Operators and production leadership to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates who are reliable, motivated, and eager to contribute in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements for the Printing Press Operator Helper :
  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1 year of previous Press Helper, Press Assistant, Press Feeder, or Print Production experience
  • Ability to successfully complete a drug screening
  • Ability to pass the criminal background check 
  • Ability to lift up to 50-80 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout an 8-hour shift
  • Good color vision and depth perception
  • Ability to read and understand safety guidelines, operating procedures, and work instructions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a commercial printing, flexographic, offset, digital printing, or label manufacturing environment
  • Experience assisting with press setup, cleanup, and production support activities
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
