Job Summary:
Prepares (load screen and ink in press) and prints graphics, keeps printing press clean, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining print equipment, and completing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Follow safety procedures and practices outlined on the Safety Placard for each piece of equipment
Operate presses (including registration and set-ups)
Sharpen a squeegee
Print across most aspects of printing (fine line to 4-color)
Prepare, print, and finish screen-printed graphics
Troubleshoot and correct printing problems
Print sharp, crisp images with a low error rate
Understand inks and curing/drying methods (including testing UV cured inks)
Take initiative and show leadership
Maintain outstanding attention to detail
