Wide-Format Print Production Specialist

Repro Graphix is seeking a skilled and collaborative teammate who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in creating impactful environmental graphics. This role is production-focused, with an emphasis on operating equipment, managing print quality, and ensuring jobs move efficiently from file to finished product.

What You’ll Do

Successful candidates are motivated to work hands-on in production while collaborating with the team to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Operating wide and grand-format print equipment, including roll-to-roll and flatbed printers
  • Utilizing CNC equipment 
  • Performing and overseeing finishing processes such as mounting, laminating, trimming, weeding, grommeting, and hemming
  • Preparing files for production, including prepress, preflight, RIP setup, cut files, and efficient layout
  • Monitoring color accuracy and consistency across media and devices
  • Planning layouts and material usage to maximize yield and minimize waste
  • Collaborating with team members to prioritize workflow and meet production deadlines
  • Assisting with light project coordination and communication as needed to keep jobs moving smoothly

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with wide-format digital printing
  • Experience with CNC equipment
  • Solid finishing experience (mounting, laminating, cutting, weeding, grommeting, hemming, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of prepress workflows, RIPs, cut files, and color management
  • Knowledge of Pantone color libraries, CMYK, and RGB color spaces
  • Familiarity with a wide range of print media and substrates
  • Experience with installation of window/wall graphics or signage is a plus

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Occasional limited overtime when needed
