KDV Label has production facilities in Waukesha, Wisconsin, Loveland, Colorado, and Sugar Grove, Illinois. We have become a leader in the label industry by maintaining our strong reputation for quality, consistency, and performance.

We are seeking experienced Flexographic and Digital Press Operators to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a passion for quality printing. We offer competitive pay based on experience, excellent benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Hours

2nd Shift > 2:00PM – 10:15PM

3rd Shift > 10:00PM – 6:15AM (Sunday evening start)

What You Will Do
  • Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic and digital printing presses
  • Ensure accurate color, registration, and print quality
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press issues
  • Inspect printed materials for consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Qualifications
  • Experience operating flexographic and/or digital presses preferred
  • Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift
