Compensation:

$16-20/hour depending on experience! Let's talk!

We are seeking Experienced automatic Screen Printing Press Operators.

If you are currently a screen printer looking to push your skills or ready to learn an exciting new skill, this job is right for you!

The preferred team member will be an energetic, organized and dependable individual with the ability to work efficiently and effectively as well as exhibit exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

-3 years experience working with M&R automatic screen printing presses

-Knowledge of all aspects of production: setting up/breaking down jobs, burning screens, reclaiming screens, mixing inks, etc.

Requirements

-Screen-Printing experience is preferred but not required

-Reliable transportation and driver's license

-Excellent verbal & written communication skills

-Positive attitude & team oriented

-Strong time management skills -- possess a great work ethic

Employee responsibilities consist of (but not limited to):

-Setup and register multi-color jobs including 4-color process, simulated process, etc.

-Follow strict QC standards

-Maintain a clean & safe work environment

-Work quickly and efficiently while producing high quality prints

-Follow written job instructions

Work Environment

-Informal dress code

-Open/easy Communication with management

-Exposure to prolonged heat

Most importantly we need someone who can meet our production requirements by being goal oriented and maintain high quality with speed.

Full-time: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
