Job Overview
Fuze HR Solutions is hiring an experienced Wide Format Digital Print Operator for a growing production facility in Las Vegas.
Direct wide format digital print experience is required. This is not an entry-level print role.
We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience operating production print equipment used for banners, signage, packaging materials, large graphics, and flexible substrates. The right candidate must understand how to run jobs efficiently, maintain print quality, troubleshoot issues, and keep production moving in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with EFI, Vutek, or similar wide format equipment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Operate wide format digital printers / presses for daily production runs
  • Produce banners, signage, packaging materials, large graphics, and related print products
  • Load materials and prepare jobs for production
  • Read work orders and follow job specifications accurately
  • Monitor print quality, color consistency, alignment, and output accuracy
  • Adjust machine settings based on material and job requirements
  • Perform machine setup, changeovers, and job preparation
  • Troubleshoot print errors, jams, alignment issues, or production issues
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance
  • Meet daily production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area
Requirements
  • Previous experience operating wide format digital printers / presses is required
  • Experience with EFI, Vutek, or similar wide format equipment strongly preferred
  • Experience printing banners, signage, packaging materials, large graphics, vinyl, film, or flexible materials
  • Strong understanding of print production workflows
  • Experience with RIP software or print workflow systems preferred
  • Ability to identify and correct print quality issues
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift rolls, materials, or production stock as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic
