Job Title: Rotary Die Cut Operator, 2nd shift

Department: Converting

Reports To: John Overbey, Plant Manager

About the Role:

The 2nd shift Rotary Die Cut Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining rotary die cut printing machinery to produce high-quality corrugated packaging products. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure that printed materials are accurately aligned and printed according to specifications, meeting both quality standards and production deadlines. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring production runs, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Collaboration with quality control and production teams is essential to continuously improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the role contributes directly to the efficiency and success of the packaging production line by delivering consistent, defect-free products on schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years previous experience operating rotary die cut or similar printing and packaging machinery.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret job orders, specifications, and technical documents.
