D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Production Designer. The right candidate is responsible for producing, updating, and maintaining high-quality digital and print marketing assets that support customer acquisition, engagement, and brand consistency across multiple channels. This role executes creative concepts developed by marketing and design teams, prepares production-ready files, manages asset versioning, and ensures deliverables meet brand standards, technical specifications, and project deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Produce and prepare marketing assets for digital and print channels, including websites, email campaigns, digital advertisements, social media content, presentations, brochures, signage, and sales materials
  • Adapt existing creative concepts into multiple formats, sizes, and channel-specific deliverables while maintaining brand consistency and visual quality
  • Build, update, and revise production files based on stakeholder feedback, marketing requirements, and campaign objectives
  • Ensure all creative assets comply with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, technical specifications, and platform requirements
  • Manage asset organization, file naming conventions, version control, and digital asset repositories to support efficient collaboration and retrieval
  • Coordinate with marketing, design, product, and vendor partners to prepare and deliver production-ready materials according to established timelines
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to verify accuracy of layouts, copy placement, imagery, links, dimensions, and production specifications prior to release
  • Support campaign launches, community openings, product releases, and other marketing initiatives by producing and updating creative materials as business needs evolve
  • Research emerging production tools, formats, and best practices and recommend enhancements that improve creative quality and operational effectiveness
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Ability to travel overnight

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two to five years of production design, graphic design, or creative services experience
  • Experience producing assets across digital and print channels
  • Proficiency with content management systems, digital asset management platforms, or marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of production design principles, digital and print production processes, brand standards, and file preparation requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain attention to detail, and deliver accurate work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications
  • Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
  • The noise level is generally moderate

  • Experience in homebuilding, real estate, retail, consumer products, or related industries
