The Creative Artworker translates approved creative designs into accurate, production-ready artwork


for print and digital touchpoints.


The role requires strong Adobe skills, print production understanding, brand consistency and close


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Prepare accurate artwork from approved design files.

  2. Interrogate briefs and clarify requirements before production.

  3. Ensure brand consistency, color accuracy and visual cohesion across touchpoints.

  4. Follow Quality, file build, file naming and server protocols.

  5. Manage assigned workload and flag progress issues early.


MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years of experience in artwork, packaging, print production, or design agency

  • Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

  • Experience creating and adapting packaging artwork across multiple formats, SKUs, and variants.

  • Good retouching, image manipulation, and file preparation skills.

  • Experience working with brand guidelines and execution standards.

  • Understanding of packaging and print production processes, including pre-press requirements.

  • Quality-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and executional accuracy.


NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Exposure to FMCG packaging artwork production.

  • Experience working with structural packaging concepts, 3D pack visuals, or packaging mockups.

  • Knowledge of packaging materials, finishes, color management, and printing techniques.

  • Experience advising designers or client service teams on print feasibility and production requirements.

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field.
