Westerleigh Press AZ LLC is a forward-thinking commercial printing operation featuring state-of-the-art digital web presses. We are looking for a driven and experienced Production Manager to lead our pressroom team, ensure quality output, and keep our operation running at peak efficiency. MUST have print industry expereience! If you thrive in a fast-paced print environment and know how to bring out the best in both people and equipment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations across digital web press equipment
  • Schedule and coordinate press runs, staffing, and workflow to meet client deadlines
  • Monitor print quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage, train, and mentor pressroom staff
  • Collaborate with sales, prepress, and finishing departments to ensure seamless job flow
  • Track production metrics, materials usage, and downtime — reporting to senior management
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all workplace regulations
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with equipment technicians

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of production management experience in a commercial or digital printing environment
  • Hands-on experience with digital web press operations
