Our law firm client is looking for a Print Production Designer. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week onsite at their downtown Chicago office.
Must have print production experience.
This role involves managing and revising a variety of corporate collateral, including multi-page documents, reports, and infographics. The Production Graphic Designer will be responsible for ensuring all materials strictly adhere to existing brand identity and guidelines, often working with urgent daily requests and multi-day assignments. This position is integral to maintaining the organization's professional image and supporting key internal communication efforts by providing accurate, polished, and brand-consistent visual materials. The ideal Talent will be detail-oriented, highly proficient in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, and capable of efficiently handling multiple rounds of revisions.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and revise multi-page documents, reports, and infographics with a focus on accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Build and edit complex charts and data visualizations using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Ensure strict adherence to established brand identity and corporate guidelines across all materials.
  • Efficiently handle multiple rounds of revisions, often under varying and urgent deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and colleagues for project requirements, including printing and shipping.
  • Work on-site for initial training and database familiarity, typically a few days per week.
  • Organize and maintain digital assets and project files.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a production graphic design, collateral management, or similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (current versions required, personally owned by the Talent).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with corporate documents, reports, presentations, and infographics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with building and editing complex charts and data-driven visuals.
  • Ability to work on-site a few days per week in a downtown office location.
