Job description

Role Summary
Anthropologie is looking for a Senior Print Production Designer to join the branding and print marketing art
department. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, goal-oriented and a team player. This person primary objective is to learn, contribute and maintain the aesthetic of the Anthropologie brand and support the senior design staff with creative ideas, design solutions, and in-house production.
Role Responsibilities
  • Assist in design and production of store signage, preparing files for print, reviewing proofs
  • Maintaining Vendor Relationships and seeking out new vendors and materials
  • Management of signage timeline in strong partnership with Print Creative Ops
  • Maintains quality control and brand stewardship across 250+ stores
  • Develops and maintains department file standards, signage process optimization and digital / physical
    archive.
  • Contribute to team brainstorms/idea sharing
  • Contribute creative ideas for seasonal packaging, gifts with purchase, home office communication and
    signage, printed promotional assets
  • Internal communication, organization and archiving of team samples.

Role Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in design industry or another creative team environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Figma, Asana, Basecamp, Monday, Google Suite
  • Standard understanding of design and art principles.
  • Interest in trends in art, fashion, culture.
  • Working knowledge of AI programs: Chat GPT, MidJourney, Dall-e
    Qualities:
  • Pro-active problem solving and idea generation
  • Eagerness to learn from senior team and follow creative direction
  • Strong understanding of design principles, print production/file preparation
  • Hand skills: strong craft, and production of physical mockups
  • Sense of responsibility and effective time management skills
  • Organized, with a strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of brand and retail appropriateness and aesthetic
  • Adaptive to change and tight deadlines
  • Clear written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with direction from senior staff
