About the Role
Culture Apparel is a fast growing screen printing and embroidery shop based in Franklin, TN. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to support our design team and help us move faster for our clients. You'll work under our lead designer, handling file prep, mockups, and production-ready artwork for screen print and embroidery orders.


What You'll Do

  • Prepare and clean up artwork files for screen print and embroidery production
  • Create client-facing mockups for approval
  • Resize, adapt, and adjust existing designs for different garments and print methods
  • Support the design team on day-to-day production needs to help reduce turnaround time
  • Learn and follow production specs and file requirements for different decoration methods


What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required); Photoshop a plus
  • A portfolio showing design fundamentals — layout, typography, color
  • Familiarity with screen print or embroidery file prep is a plus, but not required — we'll train
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specs precisely
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Eager to grow into a stronger production designer over time
