PRINT DEPARTMENT ASSOCIATE
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Print Department Associate for a company based in La Vergne, TN. In this role, you will be working with a global digital solutions company that helps to advance the industries that they serve.

Pay Rate
$19.00 per hour

Print Department Associate Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review job tickets, load products, and configure the digital frontend interface to match exact job specifications.
  • Run high-speed production jobs while continuously inspecting output for color consistency, registration accuracy, and overall print quality against approved proofs.
  • Perform routine daily and weekly cleaning and preventative maintenance on the press. Independently troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues and clear jams.
  • Adhere strictly to all workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
Print Department Associate Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience operating printing machinery is preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment is a plus.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills required.
  • Criminal background check and drug screening required.
