Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent commercial printing and design agency in the Hartsville TN area, is seeking Print Operators to join their team!
Print Operator Job Summary:
  • Pay: $25.00 to $30.00/Hr
  • Shifts Available:
    • 1st Shift:         7:00 am to 3:30 pm
    • 2nd Shift:       3:30 pm to 12:00 am 
    • Weekend Shift: Three 12-hour shifts, Friday through Sunday
Opportunity:
  • Cutter Operator
  • Perfect Binder Operator
  • Folder Operator
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Set up and operate commercial equipment according to job specifications
  • Review job tickets, measurements, and production requirements
  • Load, align, measure, and cut printed materials accurately
  • Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and minimize waste
  • Inspect completed materials for size, alignment, and overall quality
  • Troubleshoot routine equipment and production issues
  • Maintain accurate production records
  • Troubleshoot routine binding and equipment issues
  • Keep equipment and the surrounding work area clean and organized
  • Follow all company safety and production procedures
 
Print Operator Qualifications:
  • Previous hands-on experience operating commercial paper-cutting, Perfect Binder, or Folder equipment
  • Ability to independently complete machine setups and adjustments
  • Ability to read rulers, measurements, job tickets, and production specifications
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and correct quality issues during production
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift
  • Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven production environment
