Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mail & Digital Print Operations Lead to support our mailing and digital print operations. This position plays a critical role in coordinating production schedules, tracking workflow, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the successful delivery of print and mail projects.

Working closely with the Department Manager, this role serves as a key link between production teams and Account Managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and operational priorities are communicated effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track mailing and digital print projects through production.
  • Schedule and prioritize jobs to meet deadlines and production requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain job documentation and production records.
  • Support digital print workflow and production coordination.
  • Communicate project status, schedules, and potential issues to Account Managers.
  • Ensure compliance with USPS mailing requirements and documentation standards.
  • Perform quality checks and monitor production progress.
  • Generate operational reports and maintain production records.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and departmental objectives.
  • Partner with the Department Manager to ensure efficient workflow and operational success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in mailing operations, digital printing, print production, or production coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven production environment.
  • Knowledge of USPS regulations and digital print workflows preferred.
