IT Operations Manager
Contract: 12-Months (No C2C or Third-Party Vendors)
Location: Celebration,  Florida  (5 days, onsite)
We are seeking an accomplished IT Operations Manager to oversee enterprise IT support operations, lead high-performing technical teams, and ensure the reliable delivery of technology services across a complex, multi-site environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, service delivery, infrastructure support, and continuous improvement while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to maintain secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 7+ years of progressive IT experience supporting enterprise, multi-platform environments
  • Experience leading technical teams and managing supervisors, project leaders, and support staff
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
  • Hands-on experience supporting enterprise hardware, software, desktop, network, telephony, and endpoint technologies
  • Knowledge of IT security, regulatory compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery best practices
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily IT operations, including technical staff management, project coordination, incident response, and operational support
  • Monitor system performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met through effective service delivery and timely issue resolution
  • Oversee deployment, maintenance, lifecycle management, and support of enterprise IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, servers, and related technologies
  • Coordinate software deployments, upgrades, patch management, and implementation of new technologies
  • Develop and maintain operational standards, documentation, and best practices while ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor and develop technical staff while supporting business continuity, disaster recovery, and continuous service improvement initiatives
