Job description

Join a dynamic production support team where you’ll help manage direct mail, print, and stationery campaigns from intake through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while helping ensure quality, accuracy, and timely execution.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple direct mail, print, and stationery projects at once, keeping work moving smoothly from intake through completion
  • Review artwork, data files, vendor proofs, and instructions carefully to identify issues before production
  • Support job estimating, cost analysis, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and postage tracking
  • Serve as a liaison for compliance-related needs tied to assigned programs
  • Monitor inventory levels and help ensure supplies remain available to support production needs
  • Work with print, stationery, and mail vendors to support quality, delivery, and issue resolution
  • Partner with sourcing, procurement, and business teams on vendor contracts and SOW-related activities
  • Help document workflows, processes, and reporting as you build subject matter expertise in supported platforms
Skills
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Strong project management, process management, and organizational skills
