Print Dirt Cheap is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Digital Print & Finishing Operator to join our growing production team.
This is a hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same. You'll play an important role in producing high-quality printed products from start to finish by operating digital printing equipment, performing bindery and finishing work, packaging completed orders, and preparing them for shipment.
Whether you have experience in commercial printing, manufacturing, production, shipping, or simply enjoy learning new skills and working with your hands, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
As a Digital Print & Finishing Operator, you will:
  • Operate professional digital printing equipment.
  • Set up and monitor print jobs for quality and accuracy.
  • Perform finishing tasks including cutting, folding, scoring, laminating, binding, drilling, padding, and other bindery operations.
  • Package completed orders for shipment.
  • Prepare shipping labels and verify orders are packaged accurately.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
  • Assist with inventory and production workflow as needed.
  • Learn new equipment and production processes as the company continues to grow.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in any of the following:
  • Commercial printing
  • Digital print production
  • Print shop or copy center experience
  • Bindery or finishing equipment
